Payment Policy for Experts
This policy applies to all freelancers, subject matter experts, assignment experts, tutors, researchers, and academic writers working with TutorSolve.
1. Freelance Work Structure
TutorSolve operates on a freelance, task-based model.
Experts are paid:
- Per assignment
- Per project
- Per task
- Per agreed deliverable
TutorSolve does NOT provide:
- Fixed salaries
- Guaranteed monthly income
- Permanent employment benefits
- Guaranteed daily or weekly work
Task allocation depends on:
- Subject demand
- Client requirements
- Expert performance
- Quality consistency
- Deadline handling
- Availability and communication
2. Nature of Work
TutorSolve mainly handles international university-level academic work, including:
- Assignments
- Case studies
- Reports
- Research work
- Presentations
- Excel tasks
- Financial models
- Technical/coding tasks
- Calculations and analytical work
Experts must understand that this work is different from:
- Corporate office work
- Bookkeeping jobs
- Teaching/coaching
- Indian college project formatting
Most assignments require:
- University-level formatting
- Proper referencing (APA/Harvard/MLA etc.)
- In-text citations
- Analytical explanations
- Plagiarism-free writing
- Deadline-based delivery
3. Task Pricing
Pricing is decided individually for each assignment based on:
- Subject complexity
- Academic level
- Technical difficulty
- Research depth
- Word count/workload
- Deadline urgency
- Calculation/coding requirements
Experts must:
- Understand all instructions before accepting work
- Confirm price before starting
- Clarify doubts in advance
Once the task is accepted, the expert agrees to complete the work according to the confirmed requirements.
4. Payment Processing Timeline
Payments are generally processed within 7–30 days after:
- Successful submission
- Completion of revisions
- Internal quality checking
- Client confirmation/payment clearance
Payment timelines may vary depending on:
- Client payment cycle
- Revision status
- Task complexity
- Internal verification process
TutorSolve reserves the right to temporarily hold payment in case of:
- Pending revisions
- Quality disputes
- Client complaints
- Plagiarism review
- AI-content review
- Incomplete submissions
5. Conditions for Payment Approval
Payment will only be approved if the work:
- Follows assignment instructions
- Meets quality standards
- Is plagiarism-free
- Is not excessively AI-generated
- Is submitted before the deadline
- Includes proper formatting/referencing
- Is accepted after review
Low-quality, copied, incomplete, or irrelevant submissions may:
- Receive partial payment
- Be sent for revision
- Be rejected without payment in serious cases
6. AI & Plagiarism Rules
TutorSolve maintains strict originality standards.
Experts are strictly prohibited from submitting:
- Copied content
- Plagiarized material
- Poorly edited AI-generated content
- Fake references or fabricated calculations
Payment may be reduced, delayed, or cancelled if:
- AI-generated content is detected
- Plagiarism is found
- Work quality is poor
- References are fake
- Calculations are incorrect due to negligence
Experts remain fully responsible for:
- Accuracy
- Originality
- Referencing
- Formatting
- Technical correctness
7. Revisions & Corrections Policy
Minor revisions related to the original instructions are part of the task.
Experts are expected to cooperate professionally with:
- Formatting corrections
- Calculation corrections
- Referencing fixes
- Explanation improvements
- Structure modifications
- Client-requested edits within original scope
No additional payment will be provided for normal revisions related to the original assignment requirements.
However, major new requirements, additional questions, or scope expansion may be treated as separate paid work at TutorSolve’s discretion.
Repeated refusal to cooperate in revisions may affect:
- Payment approval
- Future task allocation
- Expert performance rating
8. Client Clarification & Live Meeting Policy
International university students may sometimes fail to fully understand submitted work and may request clarification.
In such cases, the assigned expert may be required to:
- Explain the assignment logic
- Clarify calculations or assumptions
- Explain coding/modeling approach
- Attend short voice discussions or live clarification meetings
- Help explain methodology or report structure
Please note:
- No separate payment will be provided for basic clarification support related to the original submitted work.
- Experts are expected to professionally support their own assignments.
9. Task Cancellation Policy
If Expert Cancels the Task
- Payment may be reduced or cancelled
- Frequent cancellations may reduce future task opportunities
- Last-minute abandonment may lead to removal from workflow
If TutorSolve Cancels the Task
- If the task is cancelled before major work begins, no payment may apply
- If substantial work was already completed, partial payment may be considered depending on the situation
10. Late Submission Policy
Late submissions may affect:
- Final payment
- Future task allocation
- Expert rating
Serious delays causing assignment failure or client penalties may result in:
- Payment deductions
- Reduced work opportunities
- Suspension/removal in repeated cases
11. Payment Methods
Payments may be processed through:
- UPI
- Bank Transfer
- Other approved payment methods
Experts are responsible for providing:
- Correct payment details
- Accurate bank/UPI information
TutorSolve is not responsible for failed transfers caused by incorrect details provided by the expert.
12. TDS & Tax Responsibility
Where applicable:
- TDS may be deducted according to Indian tax laws.
Experts are responsible for:
- Providing PAN details if required
- Managing personal tax filings
- Claiming TDS refunds/credits independently
TutorSolve is not responsible for:
- Tax filing issues
- Refund delays
- Government processing delays
13. Payment Disputes
Any payment-related concern must be raised within 7 days of payment update/release.
TutorSolve will review disputes based on:
- Submission records
- Communication history
- Revision history
- Quality review
- Client feedback
Final payment decisions will remain subject to internal review.
14. Confidentiality
Experts may NOT:
- Share assignment details publicly
- Share client information
- Reveal payout screenshots publicly
- Discuss another expert’s payments
- Disclose TutorSolve workflow externally
All assignment materials, communication, and payment details are confidential.
15. No Guaranteed Earnings
TutorSolve does not guarantee:
- Fixed monthly income
- Minimum earnings
- Daily work availability
- Continuous assignments
Assignment flow depends entirely on:
- Client demand
- Subject availability
- Expert performance
- Quality consistency
16. Final Authority
TutorSolve reserves the right to:
- Approve or reject payments
- Hold payments during investigation
- Modify workflow policies
- Update pricing structures
- Suspend/remove experts for policy violations
All decisions are based on internal quality review and workflow requirements.
17. Acceptance
By accepting assignments from TutorSolve, experts confirm that they:
- Understand this policy completely
- Accept the freelance task-based model
- Agree to revision and clarification responsibilities
- Accept quality-based payment evaluation
- Agree to originality and confidentiality requirements
