How It Works for Experts
Step 1 – Read Policies Carefully
Before applying, every expert must carefully read:
- Expert Policy
- Payment Policy
Experts should apply only if they fully agree with all terms and conditions.
Step 2 – Create Expert Account
To apply as an expert on TutorSolve, candidates must:
- Register on the website
- Create an expert account
- Submit required details carefully
Mandatory details include:
- Full Name
- Email ID
- WhatsApp Number
- Qualification Details
- Resume/CV
- ID Proof (for verification purposes)
- Subject Expertise
Experts must apply only for subjects in which they have genuine expertise and confidence.
Providing false qualifications or fake expertise may lead to permanent rejection.
Step 3 – Submit Application
After filling all required information:
- Submit the expert application form
- Wait for admin review and verification
Please note:
- Submission of application does NOT guarantee approval
- TutorSolve reviews every application manually
- Approval depends on qualification, expertise, samples, communication quality, and platform requirements
Step 4 – Admin Review & Approval
Our team may:
- Review your profile
- Verify your background
- Check samples/projects
- Conduct evaluation tasks if required
After successful review:
- Your account will be approved by the admin team
- You will receive confirmation through:
- Website notification
- WhatsApp (if required)
If rejected:
- The account may remain inactive
- Experts may reapply later with stronger samples or updated qualifications
Step 5 – Access Expert Dashboard
Once approved, experts will get access to the TutorSolve Expert Dashboard.
Inside the dashboard, experts may see:
- Available assignments/tasks
- Notifications
- Deadline details
- Task status updates
- Communication updates
- Payment-related updates
Step 6 – Receive Assignment Notifications
Whenever a client posts a task related to your subject expertise:
- You may receive:
- Dashboard notifications
- Email alerts
- Internal updates
Please note:
- Receiving a notification does NOT automatically assign the task to you.
Step 7 – Review Assignment Details
Before requesting a task, experts must carefully review:
- Subject/topic
- Deadline
- Word count
- Technical requirements
- Referencing style
- Files/instructions
- Complexity level
Experts should only proceed if they are fully confident they can complete the task properly.
Step 8 – Request Assignment
If interested in the assignment:
- Submit a request for assignment allocation through the dashboard/system
- Contact the assigned TutorSolve employee/admin only
Please note:
- Experts are NOT allowed to contact clients directly
- All communication must happen only through the assigned TutorSolve employee/admin
- Direct client communication is strictly prohibited
Experts must NOT:
- Contact clients directly
- Contact random admins/employees unnecessarily
- Claim tasks without confirmation
Step 9 – Discuss Task Details
Before starting work, the expert must discuss with the assigned employee/admin:
- Deadline
- Requirements
- Formatting
- Referencing style
- Calculations/coding needs
- Expected quality
- Price/payment terms
Experts must clear all doubts before accepting the task.
Step 10 – Price Confirmation & Work Assignment
Once:
- Requirements are understood
- Price is finalized
- Admin approves allocation
Then:
- The task will officially be assigned
- Expert ID/name may be linked internally with the assignment
- Dashboard/task status may update accordingly
Only after official assignment confirmation should work begin.
Step 11 – Complete & Submit Work
Experts are expected to:
- Submit plagiarism-free work
- Avoid excessive AI-generated content
- Follow university formatting guidelines
- Meet deadlines strictly
- Submit properly structured files
Assignments may include:
- Reports
- Presentations
- Excel work
- Coding tasks
- Calculations
- Case studies
- Research work
After completing the assignment:
- Upload/submit the final work through the dashboard/system
- Click “Mark as Done” after successful submission
Only after marking the task as completed will the assignment move for review and payment processing.
Step 12 – Revisions & Clarifications
If revisions or explanations are required:
- Experts must cooperate professionally
- Minor corrections are part of normal workflow
- Experts may need to explain work through chat or live discussion if required
Failure to cooperate may affect:
- Payments
- Ratings
- Future work allocation
Step 13 – Payment Processing
After:
- Submission
- Quality review
- Revision completion
- Internal/client approval
Payment will be processed according to the Payment Policy.
Payment timelines may vary depending on:
- Task type
- Client clearance
- Revision status
- Internal review process
Important Notes
Experts must understand:
- TutorSolve is a freelance task-based platform
- Work availability may vary
- Quality and consistency directly affect future opportunities
- Poor-quality, copied, or AI-generated work is strictly prohibited
- Professional communication is mandatory
